Remarkably, from planning to design and construction, your building can be fully ready for use in as little as 12-16 weeks.

Utilising modular construction methods, means the components and panels of your new building are manufactured off-site, significantly simplifying on-site construction and dramatically reducing build times.

On site your new building can be constructed swiftly, including all ground works. This means your project is not only delivered quickly, but time on site during the construction phase is kept to a minimum.

Better still, a lot of our systemised construction methods and materials are not governed by wet or inclement weather conditions. This minimises the risk of delay to the building programme, which means we will deliver a fully functional and ready-to-use building within the promised time frame.

We also have a dual approach and combine traditional extension and new build technology in our master plan approach.

Additionally, our complete in-house approach to design, construction and handover, which negates the need for separate architect and surveyors fees, saves you money at every stage and ensures a hassle-free process from project inception to building handover.

While factory fabrication allows for greater predictability and accuracy, resulting in a faster pace out on site and build times that are up to three times quicker that those using traditional construction methods.

Overall, this translates as typical cost savings of between 10% – 15% on projects of equal size and internal specification. Savings that you can’t afford to ignore.

The savings don’t end there. Our buildings’ excellent Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM) calculation and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ratings will continue to save you money throughout the buildings’ lifespan.

The feasibility design, submission of planning and building regulation applications, through to full construction information, and ongoing liaison with building control and planning departments will all included in your quote. We will also provide a detailed construction programme, ongoing project management, on site supervision with named project manager and health and safety method and risk assessments.
